It takes up to 45 seconds to download the application depending on your 
connection and the load here.  During that time you'll see a message "Do 
you want to continue", and you can hit Yes.  You get quicker initial 
download from the PHP site, because they have a big pipe.  But you get 
faster ongoing performance from my web server.

After the initial load, you shouldn't see those messages.
