TRSMAIN seems to use IBM's TERSE format. Oddly enough, the CPRDATA MI
opcode has an option to use TERSE too. So, it follows that the DCPDATA
opcode would decompress TERSE. Now, whether it will decompress TERSE
data not compressed on i is another question, but it might be worth a
try.
