How many mail servers will this email pass through? Each one will have
a plain text log showing the contents of the email. Perhaps you have
your own server but they use a service. Do you have an encryption key
set up? I usually as them to call me or I call them to send passwords.

What kind of risk do we take if I email an iSeries password to a remote
user using my Microsoft Outlook client? Is this forbidden by any
standards being that it's clear text?
