Excellent David and Wayne,
That is what I needed. The reason I was not sure if it was the OR side,
because I thought when I used DBU to view the file and look at Data Base
relations and I tolled through seeing the Select/Omit on the logical
files - I thought it said *AND and *OR, but is shows *Select where the
*OR used to be. It had me confused.

I think you are already on the right track. From what you have shown it
should be working as desired.
Leaving out the S creates an AND condition. Keying another S creates an
OR condition...
