However, I am not saying that QCTL is always wrong. No, for a
"traditional" shop, with QPFRADJ set right, it may be an acceptable setup.
For a pure Domino lpar, it makes no sense. Al Barsa had to get on the
phone with me when he found out that I ran some lpars with QBASE. But he
did find that, for some of those lpar's, it made sense.
