You can use IBM's Infoprint Server product. It supports emailing the PDF
files if desired. 

We have a product called Infoprint Integrator that can be used to
capture and distribute the output from IBM Infoprint Server to other
sources such as Email, Web, IFS folder and our WebDocs document
management software.
