Doesn't look like it - but I'm no api expert. I'll wait for Bruce Vining to chime in.

When I did my search, I searched on "job queue" in the api finder. It didn't return this api, and from what I read, it seems to be active jobs; didn't see anything about a job queue.

Wouldn't the api right above the list job schedule entries, or the List
Job (QUSLJOB) list them?
