It may be quite difficult to obtain compatible binaries given the divergence
of dates between your i5/OS release and your desired gcc release:

i5/OS V5R2 was originally shipped in 2002 (and has been out of support since
2007).

I don't see a 4.1.3 release listed in the gcc history at
http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-4.1/index.html but gcc version 4.1.2 and 4.2.0 were
released in 2007.

The version of AIX corresponding to V5R2 of i5/OS PASE is AIX 5.1 -- so it
would seem you are looking for gcc 4.2.0 or later built for AIX 5.1. The
gcc versions on the AIX toolbox site (used by the previously mentioned YiPs
wiki) are compiled for AIX 5.3 and 6.1...
