I have to restore some of AS./400 Physical files to SQL Server

If it were me, I'd be migrating data in the other direction - from SQL Server to IBM i. But you may want to contact a Visual Foxpro developer to set up "Views" across both data sources and use Foxpro commands to copy from one view to the other.
