I didn't think before I responded. Creation date is an alien concept  
to Unix. Use the Qp0lGetAttr() API instead. It will give the creation  
time in seconds since the ubiquitous Epoch. You'll have to convert  
that to a proper time-stamp or similar but that's easy enough.
