User joblogs

   How do I force a joblog to be produced for all users' jobs, batch and
   interactive, no matter if the job ends without an error or not? I thought
   I just have to set the relevant job description that the job is using to
   the following. Am I missing something? I am not getting joblogs for
   interactive jobs that end without errors.
