The default for SIGNOFF is LOG(*NOLIST). You can change that with
CHGCMDDFT CMD(SIGNOFF) NEWDFT('LOG(*LIST)')

Slap that in your QSTRUP program and you're covered with release upgrades
and what not.

However, what's to stop someone from typing in
SIGNOFF *NOLIST
Not much. Then you could use a command exit point to override it to
*LIST. You could even do that in lieu of the CHGCMDDFT.

Now, some people may have created custom commands with CRTDUPOBJ to copy
SIGNOFF to something like OFF. Then you command exit point would not
catch that.
