Last Sunday I signed onto our system just to make sure all was well.
There was a message that QASJSNDHST was full and needed to be extended
for the job to continue.
I did that but why did this situation happen. That file now has 964
active records and 12130 deleted records.
Is there a place in the service agent world that sets how many records
to hold in history?
Or am I supposed to magically know to watch these files?
Not a service agent expert,
Thanks,
Greg
