duptap should work on virtual tape devices. But a second save may be faster.
Some duptap's really drag on. Remember - you'd have to do two duptap's versus one additional save.

Just for curiosity, can you do the SAVSYS to virtual tape then DUPTAP to as many real tapes as desired?
