Most of the office space for that I would suspect would be normal staffers
and not "the board". That's people. People who have kids in school,
working spouses, etc. It's not so easy to move that or to totally
restaff.

Then again, restaffing can often significantly reduce expenses. Ask my
brother who had to take a mandatory buy out from American Axle so he could
be replaced with a $10/hour worker.
