  The /secure/ connections will establish the communication job 
under the requesting user profile.  IIRC on the target system of the 
DDM request, issue WRKCFGL *APPNRMT, then add or [re]assign the 
source system as a /secure/ connection.  If an entry does not exist, 
then something like this [very generic, with no consideration for 
what is the exposure]:  ADDCFGLE TYPE(*APPNRMT) APPNRMTE((SRCSYS 
*NETATR *NETATR *NONE *NETATR *NONE *YES)) /* where the *YES is the 
/secure location/ indication; adjust other elements in the APPN 
remote entry parameter as required */
