Hi James

You don't actually say what you have done so far, but that might help with
assessing where you are at.

A couple of questions that might get more detailed help -
Are you building the machine from a save or just installing from CD's ?
Which process in the backup and recovery manual are you following or is this
a seat of the pants thing ?

My recollection is that once you have installed LIC and booted the system
you need to continue with the installation of the licensed programs - which
includes QGPL and QUSRSYS. You should see these come right after you install
the LPP's.
