When you do a WRKOPTVOL what do you see? You do not still see one in the
physical DVD drive, eh?
I had an issue where it still saw it in the physical drive even though it
was physically not there. I had to vary the physical drive off.
But then, my issue might have been the LODIMGCLG, not the VFYIMGCLG.

Other than that I would have thought that loading with the "prepare" steps
would have made that VFYIMGCLG allowed to run.

(Hey, I started typing this up last night and forgot to send it. Shooting
it off now and didn't check to see how complete it was.)
