Been awhile (I've been on 6.1 for awhile), but I don't recall it being a
big issue. Just read the 5.4 Infocenter part at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r4/topic/rzahc/upgradesameversion.htm

IBM states that any model that can run VxRxM0 LIC will have no problem
with VxRxM5.
