Performance collection gets killed by the backup.

*MGTCOL objects cannot be saved even in save-while-active mode.
Therefore I suggest you to omit QMPGDATA (or any other library setup in
Perfomance Collections) or *MGTCOL objects from the daily backup, and
save it(them) during your SAVSYS backup, when the system is in
restricted state.

Doing this way, all performance data will be available.
