Hi Tomasz,

The guys at www.easy400.net have a tool called MMAIL, that allows to easily
send spool files as attachments. Their convert routines seem to allow
non-US, diacritic characters in consideration, so *MAYBE* you would like to
give them a try (They are free!!)..
