If you on v5r4 and PDM and the RPG compiler installed, then you should
have a set of CDs laying around:
5722-WDS WebSphere Development Studio Client for System i v7.0 (LK3T-882-05)

If you can't find them, you're BP should be able to get them for you.
Or if you have access to a fast internet connection you can download
the CD images from the Entitled Software Support (ESS) website.
