Too many assumptions are being made.

You are assuming that:

1) Sneha has Client Access file transfer installed on his PC and that on the
system

2) He has file transfer ability allowed via Client Access administration,
and

3) There is /no/ third-party security software installed on the system
which locks down the ability to perform Client Access file transfers.

IMO, Sneha needs to provide more detailed information...

You should have no problem using Client Access to transfer your file.
