ENDTCPSVR *TELNET to shut it down, and then STRTCPSVR *TELNET to start it.
But this will stop everyone from using this, including Client Access.

Subject: TELNET and Client Access

Currently there are some users that access our system via telnet(this is
executed from a PC command line) and I would like to prevent them from
making this connection.

I don't have a lot of experience with the telnet servers. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
