Call up a parts dealer. These disks are quite cheap - you should be
able to get one for 150-200 CHF (around 100 GBP). If you don't know
any parts dealers, call up your IBM BP. They should know several parts
dealers.

If that's not an option for you, call the IBM repair center. You can
order these disks as replacement parts, but they will be rather
expensive.

Possible, but risky. You might also be able to move your data around
without cleaning the system, but i'm not sure how much of that stuff
works on a broken RAID set.
