Looking at switching from HMC managed FSP updates to i5/OS controlled. The
reason is for convenience as we have a standard PTF application cycle, but
nothing for the service processor updates. I am under the impression that OS
managed FSP updates is not a best practice.
Was curious what you all think? Seems to me like there would be some
potentially major "gotchas"?
