You can do that by having your CLLE program invoke Info-Zip or 7-Zip 
(both of which are free and run in PASE) or by purchasing a commercial 
alternative, such as PKZIP.

Personally, I prefer 7-Zip, because it's open source (and free) and 
supports a much stronger level of encryption than Info-Zip does.
