I've gotten it twice from Symantec Mail Security, with a from address
of Administrator@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Along with once from administrator@xxxxxxxxxxxx that just said
[MailServer Notification]Content Filtering Notification.

Good to know I'm not alone.
