Yes, I read it, but my problem is that 7z isn't running.  I'm getting the error I listed when I try to run 7z.

For right now I'm just trying to do a 7z with no parameters to get it to work.
It should show me the help text.
Once I know it works I'm going to follow the instructions in that article to do a CL program.

It says on the main download screen (in the pink box)
If you are having trouble, receiving an error about "libstdc++.so.6" that's causing p7zip to fail, please try installing version 4.1.1 of the GNU C Compiler. 

In order to install that, I had to get gcc.4.1.1.tar.Z and uncompress it.
I got the gcc.4.1.1.tar.Z file, moved it to my IFS (for some reason it came over READONLY *YES so I changed that to *NO)

I uncompressed gcc.4.1.1.tar.Z (using uncompress from PASE) but I'm still getting the same error.
I'm wondering if I installed gcc.4.1.1.tar.Z wrong.

I wasn't sure what to do with gcc.4.1.1.tar.Z but I googled my error and saw in another thread to do an "uncompress."

I didn't really see any instructions for installing the gcc.4.1.1.tar.Z
