I guess I can use MIME or SMPT. As long as outlook can open it. Any
suggestions?

Do you really need an outlook .MSG file or a MIME message file ?

Why do you need this within the iSeries ?  Why not just sent an SMTP
message ?

I have  the need to create a .MSG file that is used by outlook from some
iseries data. 

 

Is there any iseries tools out there to help with this?
