Has anyone ever heard if down the road master console support might be
accomplished via using a web browser, maybe an add on to ASMI possibly.

Has anyone heard if there might be a way to use a HMC to be the master
console for a system that is defined to use Lan Console.

I have mix of both in use today and find that although LAN Console is far
more superior for remote support than the other alternatives the problem
that you usually have is what is the IP address of the defined lan console
configs for the system that you need to connect to.
