We haven't had a project where I said "gee, I really wish I had derived 
indexes."  Indeed, I wasn't really having any trouble with SQL performance.

Full text indexing?  Not sure what I'd use that for.

Web Query... yawn.

RPG enhancements /are/ useful to us...  large string sizes would be 
great.  But I can work around that easily enough, and my boss sure 
doesn't understand it.  (He programmed in RPG III, and almost never hit 
the 256 char limitation.  He can't conceive of problems with a 65535 
limitation.)    %SCANRPL would be convenient, but can easily be replaced 
by %SCAN/%REPLACE.  We don't plan to write anything that uses threads -- 
though, if we did, we could write it in C or Java  (Though, I'm excited 
at the prospect of playing with it in RPG)  Files in subprocedures would 
be nice, but we've been successfully working around them for a long 
time, and my boss doesn't even understand why we need subprocedures to 
begin with.  Sorting qualified DSes is great... but qsort() works, too.

I'm excited about having these new RPG features.. I want them.  But it's 
really hard to justify to management.  It would be SOOOO much easier if 
RDP didn't cost extra, though.
