We used to be a Turnover shop. We were happy with it until the change
in
Management. Their good people left in droves. Kind of turned into a
cash
cow. I would only put up with so much vendor delay in going to 6.1
before
we spoke with our pocket books and left.

We also were a Turnover shop. We've since moved to JD Edwards E1, which
has it's own processes for such things. Leaving Turnover was a pleasure.
There was a total change in Softlanding and now they are just milking the
maintenance. That's wasn't such a big deal for us, we had paid it for
close to 20 years, but they did change what was a collegial relationship
into mercenary one. Not quite as bad as EDI software, but bad enough...
