A web search omitting the specific failure error message identifier but including the following text strings "operand number is 3" "invalid data is X'0A'" from that message along with the uninformative "CPF4204" yielded a similar discussion suggesting a pervasive query issue after a system reload where I had offered a similar response about code level mismatch for possible origin, here on this list:
