Greetings, not to justify the BP, but CD's are no longer free. There is
a charge for the physical media. Of course you would expect them to
mention the Web link.

As for IBM caring. Yea, we do. If you do have cases where the BP is being
negligent please do let me know. We are happy to work with them to get this
corrected.
