I wish they had a tool like the "Pre-upgrade certification tool" for
PTFs... would make it much easier if would "interrogate" the system and
then check Fix central for new PTFs that aren't applied. Similar to the
way that Installation Manager checks for updates to RDp, etc. (slightly
off-topic I guess)

And then the fun begins. I've never liked their site; it always seems to
fight me. I'm expecting something like the iSeries FixCentral, and it's
not. It's closer to a PC-software vendor's site, but as designed by IBM.
