You don't hardly need the IFS includes to use the access() function - I see that Scott gave you a reply a very simple code for it.

But are you still developing in the V4 range? Then you'll need to run that command in RPG - it's a very simple prototype - flags parameter is an integer passed by value - just use the VALUE keyword.
