Bear in mind that character parms on SBMJOB (if you are using the CMD
parameter) have trailing blanks stripped down to 32 characters. So
unless you are handling this, moving the email address to the last
parameter just happens to be hiding the problem at the moment and you
could have failures again at any time.

Simplest method ... change the field to 51 in the submitting program
and set the 51st position to a non-blank character.

The batch program can keep the field at 50 characters and won't see
the extra character.

If you do this, it won't matter which parameter is the email address.
