Has anybody worked with e2open?

We have a customer that uses them (or their software), and I am trying to
automate the upload and download process for Orders, Invoices, and ASNs.
But, I can't find any humans to contact for technical questions. Trivial
stuff like file layouts, required fields, code meanings, etc...
