TL* = 57##999 cume level
TC* = 57##SS1 cume level
Normally they are the same.
I suppose currently supported OS's may be different if you've done an IPL
and the system value shows it as an "abnormal" ipl. Abnormal IPLs only
apply LIC ptfs. But, I would think they would both show the same and TL
would be installed and the other "not installed".
