Ah, the TL04300 PTF shows a status of "Cover Letter Only". TL/TC01163 both
show "Temporarily applied." The others all report as "Superseded."
DSPSYSVAL SYSVAL(QABNORMSW) = 0 (Normal).

Normally they are the same.
I suppose currently supported OS's may be different if you've done an IPL
and the system value shows it as an "abnormal" ipl. Abnormal IPLs only
apply LIC ptfs. But, I would think they would both show the same and TL
would be installed and the other "not installed".
