  Library qualify the command invocation so the command interpreter 
recognizes that the request is not OCL, but instead a CL command 
request.  The "library' qualifier can be *LIBL, explicitly specified, 
instead of implied.  Thus, change references to TEST which should use 
the CL command instead to be:  *LIBL/TEST
