Not precisely a calendar function, but (presumably like any other CRM application) we have "activities," which can be "scheduled" in advance. And while the Google Calendar tie-in is in response to a customer request, it's a potential selling point for other customers.

At any rate, I'm at least successfully retrieving and parsing the data, albeit in a very rudimentary way.
