They do the same things that we do when we get errors online:
a.. Swear about the bad programmers who did not test their code
b.. Swear about the bad programmers who did not provide a meaningful error message
c.. Swear about the time they are wasting dealing with shoddy software
d.. Tell their friends about the idiots they have to deal with
The only thing they cannot do (without some effort, at least), is switch to another vendor.
