Not much help.
That is what I meant, in suggesting what to review. I thought that,
no matter how unlikely, perhaps the job which sent that log entry might
also have recorded some activity processed by that same job in its
joblog. Instead that job was simply handling an event to record that
message to the log. Being ASP balancing, performed in LIC tasks, the
logging [beyond some notification by some job(s)] is likely only visible
in the VLIC logs, PAL, or some other logging available in the STRSST.
Too bad there was no "Recovery" in the message to describe what\where to
look for what to do for the RC6.
In case you meant the job which submitted it <<SNIP>>
No. Although STRASPBAL activates the LIC function\service, the
actual balancing work is not associated directly with any user job.
If there is a synchronous wait for completion of the LIC feature by
that CL request, then presumably the requesting job would just sit in
EVTW until the LIC signals that the requested work\tasks had finished;
though one would wonder why the event monitor for logging the CPI1475
RC6 might not be established in that user job as well.?
