I do not recall the SRC, but several years ago a former employer gave me a
system (Model 150, I think) that kept crashing at IPL. Turned out that it
had the system console defined as an Ops Console.
Later, when we bought a new 520 at another (former) employer, the IPL kept
crashing when I first brought it up. Turned out in that case that Rochester
had shipped it as an HMC managed system, but we had ordered a Twinax console
(later we changed it to a Lan Console - much nicer than Twinax).

Sounds like you have an address that is something other than port 0 on
"brick" 0 (if more than one). Bet the terminal is set to something
other than port 0.
