I had some txt files with a ccsid of 819. Some with 37. Some with
1252. I used ftp in ascii to transfer them down. Only the 1252 were
human readable.
I did a CPY to another directory and gave them a ccsid of 1252. Now
they are all human readable.
Since these are created by vendor software (IBM Lotus Domino) any
chance I can just get ftp to work as I want it to and just make them
all human readable without having to CPY them first?
