IMHO if you write a Sever or Never Ending Program, you should have the shutdown coded or be shot. There are some IBM jobs that also do not code for it. They will site at TIMW forever. I like to give the ENDSYS enough time to end the system to restricted state gracefully but IBM jobs still crash when the time limit is exceeded cause they will wait forever at TIMW, THRDW, or DEQW. ARG!
