I had the workaround in place. I had set the QQRYTIMLMT to *NOMAX. I
submitted the following web feedback on that cover letter:

It's QQRYTIMLMT,
- Not QQRTIMLMT as spelled in "Setting the QQRTIMLMT to *NOMAX helps to
circumvent the problem."
- Not QRYTIMLMT as spelled in "Problem with native interfaces and query
time limit (QRYTIMLMT) processing has been fixed."
Failure to spell it right has us looking places other than WRKSYSVAL.
Places like QAQQINI, etc.
