Time for my standard reply (if only because I know some of you have been
holding your breath waiting for it). Here it is:
IBM keeps mucking with CPYTOIMPF, how you bandage it now to get it working
for whatever release you're on will probably need rework with the next
release. It's been in the Memo To Users for each of the last few
releases. May take a little more initial set up but for a faster, more
reliable, more granular (thus easier to trap exceptions) solution you may
wish to look at rolling your own with:

It's free. Both in that it costs you nothing and frees you from IBM's
changes that trip you up on OS upgrades.
